Each Karmara piece is handcrafted with care in limited quantities. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery takes 7–9 business days from dispatch.

1. Returns & Exchanges
Requests are accepted only for verified defects, visible stains or qualifying quality issues.
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
Clear photographs and a complete, continuous, unedited unboxing video are mandatory.
All requests are subject to inspection and approval.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is compulsory for every purchase. Record the sealed parcel, opening process and product condition. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
Used, worn, washed, dry-cleaned, ironed or altered sarees.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or care.
Products missing original tags or packaging.
Change of mind or personal preference.
Natural variations in colour, texture, weave or pattern associated with handcrafted textiles.
Requests made after the 7-day reporting period.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact Karmara within 7 days with your order number, clear photographs and unboxing video. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping any product.
5. Refunds
Refunds are considered for approved claims involving verified defects or qualifying quality issues. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider timelines.
6. Exchange Conditions
Approved exchanges depend on product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, Karmara will discuss an appropriate resolution with you.
7. Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and applicable charges will be communicated after approval. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted, subject to applicable law.
8. Handcrafted Variations
Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, motifs or finish are natural characteristics of artisan-made textiles and are not automatically considered defects.
9. Saree Care — Strictly No Ironing
Strictly do not iron the saree under any circumstances. Ironing may damage the fabric, print, texture or handcrafted details. Please follow the care instructions provided with your product.
